WHY SHOULD I PURCHASE FROM TORONTO POPPERS?

As a customer of WWW.TORONTOPOPPERS.COM you will be happy to know that your order and satisfaction are always top priority! Finding quality poppers can be difficult and in some areas ordering them can be an even bigger challenge, but were here to help! Every order includes an easy to use tracking service and our guaranteed delivery promise!

WHAT IS YOUR GUARANTEED DELIVERY PROMISE?

Any purchase made from www.torontopoppers.com will arrive within 12 business days following the date of your paid order (Excluding the month of December). If the tracking service provided with your order shows an issue with delivery,  your entire order including shipping costs will be refunded immediately upon notification. Please note: we guarantee the delivery of your order based on the delivery confirmation provided by the tracking service. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR STOLEN?

 

If there is an issue with the delivery of your order, please contact us right away! If any part of your order arrives damaged, we will gladly replace it free of charge, provided we are notified within 24 hours of delivery. Photos of the packaging and damaged products must be submitted along with your replacement request.

We work very hard to ensure every customer has a great buying experience with us, however, we have NO control are NOT responsible for orders that are lost or stolen after they are processed by the postal service. If the tracking number associated with an order indicates the order has been delivered, but is not able to be located, it is the buyer's responsibility to contact the postal service and obtain a claim number. Once the outcome of the claim has been determined by the postal service, we must be provided with all related correspondence to file an insurance claim. After the insurance claim is filed, a replacement order will be issued. Any replacement orders and all future orders will require signature confirmation. There are NO exceptions to this policy.


REPLACEMENT ORDERS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL A CASE NUMBER IS OBTAINED FROM THE POSTAL SERVICE.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

 We want your order to reach you as fast as possible but we have no control over the speed of the postal service. The average delivery time ranges from 1 - 7 days but may be longer depending on the final destination.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

Due to the nature of our products and the efforts that go into shipping our products internationaly, we cannot accept returns. As a retail distributor, we stand by the quality and reputation of the products we sell but we do not manufacture them. If you are unsatisfied with a specific brand of popper, we encourage you to contact the manufacturer or master distributor at the website listed on the physical product. Orders that arrive damaged during shipping will be replaced free of charge, provided we are notified within 24hours or delivery confirmation and proper evidence is provided. *See "What if there is an issure with my order?"

HOW CAN I PAY?

We accept payment via interac e-Transfer. Visa / MC strictly prohibit the use of credit cards to purchase poppers from inside Canada. Merchants that process credit cards for these products put their customers at risk by shipping the credit card details overseas to be charged. IS MY ORDER DISCREET?

We are experts in providing discreet delivery of your products. Nothing involving the shipping or packaging of your order will indicate its contents.

We will try our best to accommodate cancellation requests before your order is shipped. If you decide to cancel your order, please call us right away at 1 800 316 6330. Once a tracking number is provided, we cannot accept order cancellations.
